Background
As Marketing Coordinator, Derek is responsible for producing and updating leasing brochures, ordering property signage, creating retailer maps, supporting brokers in the preparation of leasing and sale proposals, and designing social media graphics for listing promotions. He also manages the posting of marketing materials on platforms such as CoStar, CREXi, LoopNet, and Buildout, and assists the investment sales team with Offering Memorandums.
Derek Dorsey earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton, graduating with Marketing Honors in December 2024. Throughout his studies, he built a solid foundation in both digital and traditional marketing by designing campaigns, conducting market research, and creating dynamic digital content using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. To further his interest in commercial real estate, he enhanced his expertise by obtaining his Real Estate Salesperson License and familiarizing himself with industry platforms.
