Carlos Silguero serves as Senior Associate, Healthcare Leasing & Sales at Progressive Real Estate Partners (PREP), an Inland Empire commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga. He brings more than ten years of real estate experience across brokerage, asset management, and transaction advisory, and has been involved in hundreds of commercial real estate transactions. Firm-wide, PREP has completed more than 2,000 transactions totaling over $2 billion in total consideration.

Carlos is a healthcare real estate broker specializing in landlord representation for medical and healthcare properties in Central Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley. His practice centers on medical office leasing and investment sales, and extends to owner-user assignments.

Before joining PREP, Carlos held roles at CoStar Group (Ten-X), CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield, working alongside institutional teams on nationally distributed transactions and portfolios. He has managed and analyzed complex transactions across medical office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use assets, with deep experience in underwriting, due diligence, valuation analysis, and lease review.
