This is the 2nd Inland Empire full service sit-down restaurant that Albert has sold since the start of the pandemic, both of which were financed with SBA Loans that closed amid the current economic volatility. Last year he sold a 7,400 square foot former Acapulco Restaurant in Montclair to One Spot Sushi.
