Greg Bedell, CCIM, serves as Senior Vice President & Managing Director at Progressive Real Estate Partners. He maintains a highly active brokerage practice while also helping lead the firm’s strategic direction and internal operations, representing clients within a platform that has completed more than 1,650 transactions totaling over $2.0 billion in total consideration.
Greg is one of the Inland Empire’s most experienced retail investment sales brokers, with a career focused on the sale of retail properties throughout Inland Southern California. He specializes in the disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers, single-tenant net-leased investments, grocery-anchored centers, and value-add retail assets, representing high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and regional developers.
Known for his attention to detail and ability to navigate complex deal structures, Greg has deep experience with break-up strategies, CMBS loan assumptions, and transactions involving environmental or deferred maintenance challenges. He is valued for his ability to clearly communicate risk, pricing dynamics, and execution strategy, allowing clients to make informed decisions throughout the sale process.
Greg is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences and events, including the Inland Empire CRE Conference, Connect CRE, RENtv, and the CCIM Institute. He is a member of ICSC and ACRE SoCal, where he previously served on the Board of Directors.
Greg graduated magna cum laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a distinction earned by a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals nationwide.
Greg resides in Redlands with his wife, two young sons, and two Golden Retrievers. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, exploring local spots with his family, cheering on the Lakers, and making the most of life in Southern California.
