Background
Greg Bedell is one of the Inland Empire’s most experienced and trusted retail investment sales brokers, with a track record that includes the successful sale of nearly 100 retail properties across the region. He is consistently ranked among the top three retail brokers covering the Inland Empire— and uniquely, he is the only one among them who both lives and works within the trade area he serves.
Greg specializes in retail investment sales with a focus on multi-tenant strip centers, single-tenant NNN properties, grocery-anchored centers, and junior-box-anchored centers. He represents a wide range of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and regional developers.
Known for his ability to navigate complex deal structures, Greg has deep experience with break-up strategies, CMBS loan assumptions, and transactions involving environmental or deferred maintenance challenges. His thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and commitment to execution have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.
Greg is a regular speaker and panelist at leading industry events, including The Inland Empire CRE Conference (hosted by France Media), and has been featured on panels by Connect CRE, RenTV, and the CCIM Institute. He is an active member of ICSC and ACRE SoCal, where he previously served on the board of directors.
He graduated magna cum laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, signifying one of the highest standards of professional achievement in commercial real estate.
Greg lives in Redlands with his wife, two young sons, and their Golden Retriever. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, exploring local spots with his family, cheering on the Lakers, and making the most of life in Southern California.
