Background
Kim Tapia is an integral member of the Progressive Real Estate Partners marketing team. As Marketing Coordinator, she is responsible for producing and updating leasing brochures, creating and ordering property signage, creating retailer maps, supporting the brokers in their creation of leasing and sale proposals, and creating social media graphics that the brokers utilize to post their assignments on social media. She is also responsible for posting our marketing materials on sites such as Costar, Crexi, Loopnet, and Buildout. Regarding our investment sales division, she further supports them in the creation of Offering Memorandums.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University. After graduating, she embarked on her professional journey by contributing as a Marketing Intern for the City of Moreno Valley, CA where she gained valuable experience in various marketing strategies. Eager to further expand her marketing skills & knowledge, Kim joined Progressive Real Estate Partners to delve into the retail commercial real estate industry.
Kim resides in the Inland Empire.
