The restaurant will be a great addition to both the shopping center and the community”, according to Paul Galmarini, Senior Retail Specialist at Progressive Real Estate Partners. “The lease was completed within 120 days from the closing of the former restaurant operator and serves as another excellent example of the increased demand we continue to see from retailers looking to expand in Southern California’s Inland Empire market” Galmarini added.
