The space is located in the recently renovated Stater Bros. and Planet Fitness anchored Country Village shopping center located at the signalized corner of Baseline Road and Carnelian with visibility to nearly 60,000 cars per day.
The franchisee—who also owns and operates the Country Kitchen restaurants in Corona and Moreno Valley making this his 3rd site—was represented by Amjed Manasrah with Global Realty Capital. The popular Corona and Moreno Valley restaurants have both earned 4.5 star YELP ratings and enjoy a very active Instagram presence with over 10,000 followers.
Country Kitchen has over 15 locations throughout the US and is known for serving a wide array of American breakfast, lunch and dinner favorites in a welcoming, family-friendly setting. The build-out of the new Rancho Cucamonga dining spot will combine two adjacent suites (including a former Subway) to create the 3,040 square foot space with adjoining enclosed patio. The restaurant will seat approximately 150 guests and is expected to open by early 2026.
In addition to Stater Bros. and Planet Fitness, the 88,000 SF neighborhood center is also home to a variety of daily needs shops and services. The center recently completed a major remodel featuring a completely new facade and common area renovations including new parking lot lighting and landscaping.
Located in one of the Inland Empire’s most established trade areas, there are over 183,000 people with an average household income of more than $130,000 within a 10-minute drive. Furthermore, the property is adjacent to Alta Loma High School with 2,500+ students and across from the 40-acre Red Hill Park both of which are significant traffic generators and provide enhanced visibility of the center.
