The space is within the recently developed Sprouts anchored Highland Village shopping center that is directly adjacent to the I-210 freeway with exposure to an average of over 117,000 cars per day.

Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital is part of the Loma Linda University Health organization which encompasses Loma Linda University’s eight professional schools, six hospitals and more than 1200 faculty physicians located across Southern California’s Inland Empire. LLUCH is a recognized leader in pediatric healthcare, education and research.
The new state of the art Fontana location is projected to open in early 2026. It will provide basic pediatric urgent care services for patients ages 0-21, including treatment for minor illnesses such as coughs, colds, flu, fever, sprains and other non-emergency medical conditions.
In addition to Sprouts, Highland Village is also home to Arrowhead Credit Union, Raising Cane’s, Dutch Bros., Jack in the Box, Jersey Mike’s, Oggi’s Pizza and others. The center is ideally situated at the busy signalized intersection of Sierra Avenue and Highland Avenue with visibility to over 50,000 cars on average per day. The surrounding area is densely populated with more than 317,000 people within five miles and an average household income of $122,000+ providing a strong customer base.
