Lance Mordachini closed the $2,818,000 sale at 4605 Mills Circle Ontario, CA.

Ontario, CA – May 18, 2026 – Progressive Real Estate Partners, a leading Inland Empire, California retail brokerage firm, announced the $2,818,000 acquisition of a free-standing, single tenant 2,739-square-foot restaurant building leased to Wienerschnitzel. Located at 4605 Mills Circle in Ontario, California, the building was sold to a private investor.

Built in 1998 and renovated in 2017, the Wienerschnitzel building is located just feet from Ontario Mills Mall which features more than 200 stores boasting some of the biggest names in men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, jewelry, sporting goods, footwear and more. The mall serves more than 28 million visitors annually.
