Rancho Cucamonga, CA – July 11, 2022  – Progressive Real Estate Partners brokers’ Greg Bedell, Senior VP of Investment Sales and Paul Su, VP of Leasing and Sales represented a Los Angeles based investor in the $2,250,000 sale of a 4,972 square-foot freestanding retail building to the owner and operator of the Beauty 4U retail chain.  This will be the 13th Beauty 4U location and 2nd Southern California store when it opens later this year.

Located at 12367 Foothill Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga, California the building is ideally situated across from the popular 1.4M square foot Victoria Gardens regional lifestyle center that is home to 170+ retailers.  The property is part of a major retail hub at the heavily traveled intersection of Foothill and Day Creek Boulevards and is adjacent to the I-15 Freeway with combined average traffic counts of over 233,000 cars per day.

Founded in 2000, Beauty 4U is a prestige beauty retailer that features a wide variety of high-quality beauty products including hair care, styling tools, wigs and cosmetics in a customer friendly shopping environment.  Built in 2007, the building features modern architecture with an open floor plan and plenty of parking.  The property also enjoys outstanding demographics with approximately 434,000 residents within a 15-minute drive earning over $105,000 annually.
