This sale presented a rare opportunity for an owner/user to acquire a piece of prime real estate and take advantage of the competitive interest rates available through SBA financing. In addition to marketing and representing the listing, Bedell and Su also worked with the seller and its counsel to structure and record CC&Rs allowing them to maximize value by selling this asset separately from the rest of the center.
