Rancho Cucamonga, CA – September 15, 2022  – Senior VP Paul Galmarini of Progressive Real Estate Partners represented WSS in leasing a 15,000 sf space (former Rite-Aid) at 3849 Chicago Avenue in Riverside, CA.  The store is located at the major signalized intersection of University Avenue and Chicago Avenue with traffic counts of over 46,000 cars per day and is in a 300,000+ sf shopping center that is also home to Grocery Outlet (opening soon), Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, Wingstop, Little Caesars, Waba Grill, Boost Mobile and others.

The center features excellent frontage, multiple points of access and is also directly across from a Food 4 Less anchored center. Furthermore, it is close to the 91 and 215 freeways and less than 2 miles from the University of Riverside.
