Progressive Real Estate Partners Arranges Lease with Savers for 23,500 SF Anchor Space in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Rancho Cucamonga, CA – March 19, 2025 – Progressive Real Estate Partners, the leading Inland Empire retail brokerage firm, announced the signing of a new 10-year lease with Savers Value Village for a 23,500 square-foot anchor space at 9640 Baseline Road in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The space was formerly occupied by 99 Cents Only.

The new Rancho Cucamonga Savers is projected to open by late 2025.  The store will anchor an 80,000 square foot neighborhood center that is also home to US Bank, Dairy Queen, a variety of shops and services as well as a soon to be announced co-anchor tenant. In addition to selling secondhand items, Savers also partners with local nonprofit organizations and accepts donations on their behalf.  Shoppers can join the Super Savers Club to earn rewards, receive exclusive offers and access special member perks.

Located just 1-mile south of the 210 Freeway on/off ramps at Archibald Avenue, the shopping center is ideally situated at the high traffic signalized intersection of Baseline Road and Archibald Avenue with excellent visibility to an average of over 65,000 cars per day.  The surrounding area boasts a dense population of over 83,000 people within two miles and an average household income of $134,000+ providing a strong customer base.
