Progressive Real Estate Partners Completes Anchor Re-Tenanting with Signing of Grocery Outlet Lease at Rancho Cucamonga Center

Rancho Cucamonga, CA – December 16, 2025 – Progressive Real Estate Partners, the leading Inland Empire retail brokerage firm, announced the signing of a new 10-year lease with Grocery Outlet for a 21,500 square-foot anchor space at 9560 Baseline Road in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The space was formerly occupied by Rite Aid.

Earlier this year Progressive Real Estate Partners announced a new lease with Savers Value Village in the former 99 Cents Only space at the same center.  Savers recently opened and now with the announcement of the Grocery Outlet lease the re-tenanting of the neighboring anchor spaces is complete bringing the center to 100% leased.

Progressive Real Estate Partners Senior VP of Retail Leasing & Sales Paul Su exclusively marketed the property and represented the landlord in the transaction while Townsand Cropsey with SRS Real Estate represented Grocery Outlet.

The new Rancho Cucamonga Grocery Outlet is projected to open in fall of 2026.  Plans for the store include a significant interior remodel designed to reflect the Grocery Outlet brand.  In addition to Savers, the 80,000 square foot neighborhood center is also home to US Bank, Dairy Queen and a variety of shops and services.

Located just 1-mile south of the 210 Freeway, the shopping center is prominently situated at the high traffic signalized intersection of Baseline Road and Archibald Avenue with excellent visibility to an average of over 65,000 cars per day.  The surrounding area boasts a dense population of over 83,000 people within two miles and an average household income of $134,000+ providing a strong customer base.
