Rancho Cucamonga, CA – April 21, 2022 – Progressive Real Estate Partners brokers Albert Lopez, Senior Retail Specialist and Pablo Velasco, Senior VP of Retail Leasing & Sales represented the landlord, Fritz Duda Company, in a 15 year ground lease with Texas Roadhouse for a new approximately 7,500 sf restaurant at the TownGate Plaza shopping center in Moreno Valley, California.
The restaurant, located at 22680 Centerpoint Drive, is expected to open in early 2023 and will replace the former Outback Steakhouse which closed in 2020. Texas Roadhouse will join Olive Garden, Chili’s, BJ Brewhouse, Starbucks, Yogurtland, Buffalo Spot (opening soon) and others at the center.
