Rancho Cucamonga, CA – February 6, 2024 – Roxanne “Roxy” Klein of Southern California-based Progressive Real Estate Partners has been named the new 2024 President of ACRE SoCal. In this volunteer role, Klein will lead the ACRE Board of Directors to help grow the ACRE brand thru hosting a variety of activities ranging from retail tenant events to panel discussions covering timely topics that help shape the retail industry.
ACRE SoCal is known as a go-to source for up-to-date education, lead sharing and commercial real estate industry fellowship. Frequent ACRE participants include developers, tenants, brokers, lenders, consultants and related vendors active in the Southern California marketplace.
Klein shared, “I’m thrilled to be ACRE’s new President and looking forward to collaborating with the board to provide SoCal commercial real estate professionals with educational opportunities and networking events that will help them expand their networks and enhance their industry expertise.”
Klein is VP of Retail Leasing and Sales at Progressive Real Estate Partners where she specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial properties located in SoCal’s Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. She has worked with a number of national and regional retailers and has over 20 years of real estate and business management experience. Her expertise includes leasing, sales, tenant representation, client relations, contract negotiations and marketing. Klein has also earned the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award for her leasing accomplishments.
In addition to being the 2024 ACRE SoCal President, Klein also Co-Chairs the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) Landlord’s Rep Council. RBN is a professional network of 60+ independent retail brokerage offices in 40 major markets throughout the US and Canada.
