Rancho Cucamonga, CA – March 31, 2021  – Retail Leasing & Sales Specialist Roxy Klein  of Progressive Real Estate Partners represented Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in leasing a 1,300 sf shop space at the brand new Sprouts-anchored Merge retail center in Eastvale, CA.  Located at 5984 Archibald Avenue, this will be one of the first Inland Empire locations for Capriotti’s when it opens later this year.

Founded in 1976, Capriotti’s is an award winning fast casual national restaurant chain with over 110 locations in 15 states.  The chain is well known for their tradition of slow-roasting whole, all-natural turkeys and roast beef in-house.  Capriotti’s fans enjoy a menu of cold, grilled and vegetarian subs, cheese steaks and salads that are made to order with homemade ingredients.  Customers can download the CAPAddicts Rewards app and earn food and other perks. The Merge is a brand new 26-acre mixed-use center, located at the northeast corner of Archibald Avenue and Limonite Avenue. The project includes an approximately 70,000 sf retail center and 330,000 sf light industrial business park. The project is highly amenitized and will include a plaza and other unique features. In addition to the recently opened Sprouts and Starbucks drive-thru, other retailers slated to open at The Merge include Dog Haus, Noodle St., Pure Barre, Kumon, and Carbon Health.
