Rancho Cucamonga, CA – September 25, 2024   – Progressive Real Estate Partner’s Senior VP of Retail Leasing & Sales Paul Su represented LifeStream Blood Bank in a 10-year lease for a space at 24119 Hemlock Avenue in Moreno Valley, CA.  The brand new 3,080 square-foot end-cap space is in the recently developed Sprouts and Floor & Décor anchored District at Moreno Valley shopping center which also features WSS, Starbucks, KFC, Yoshinoya, IHOP, The Joint Chiropractic and Pacific Dental.  LifeStream is projected to open by summer of 2025.

LifeStream Blood Bank is a non-profit blood donor center that provides blood products and services to more than 80 Southern California hospitals in San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Imperial counties.
