Rancho Cucamonga, CA – March 27, 2023 – Progressive Real Estate Partners, a leading SoCal Inland Empire retail real estate brokerage firm, announced that Heather Sharp has joined the firm as a Senior VP of Retail Sales & Leasing. Sharp will be leading Progressive Real Estate Partner’s expansion into the Coachella Valley. In addition to providing regional leadership, Sharp will continue her brokerage activities which include selling and leasing retail properties.
Sharp has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, with a specific concentration on the Coachella Valley’s retail industry for the past 23 years. Her broad range of expertise includes investment sales, landlord representation, tenant representation, land sales, and owner/user sales.

Before joining Progressive, Sharp was a Partner at Wilson Meade Commercial Real Estate in Rancho Mirage where she led the Retail Division and specialized in the leasing and sale of retail and commercial properties.
Comprised of the cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Rancho Mirage, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, Indian Wells, Cathedral City and La Quinta, the Coachella Valley is expected to grow from 463,000 residents to 884,000 by 2035 according to the Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG).
Sharp is a member of ICSC, the retail industry’s largest global trade organization. She attended California State University, Sacramento. Heather is a Colorado native who moved to the Coachella Valley 25 years ago.
